Think of a healthy snack as a mini-meal. And just like a meal, it should contain some nutrition like protein, carbs, fiber and healthy fats.
But whipping up a perfectly portioned snack is easier said than done. Who really has the time to measure out exact portions of foods when you’re starving at 5 pm! This is a ready-to-eat option you can easily buy in stores. Dry roasted chana or soy bean is crunchy, has protein and can be very filling.
