Intermittent’ fasting (IF) means that in a day, you fast for a certain period (say 16hrs) and
then eat over a certain period (8hrs in this example). IF can be very beneficial if done right
and is rightly gaining popularity. But we see far too many mistakes.

Avoid the mistakes and do it right with this easy to follow practical guide to doing IF.

As with all things, approach IF in a reasonable way – by starting slow and progressing
gradually. At the least, you’ll learn a lot about how you respond to hunger and develop skills
to manage it well.
